Appeal allowed for major residential development at Bessacarr, Doncaster

On behalf of Persimmon and Moorfield Developments Andy Etchells (d.), Rob Smith and Mark Eagland have provided advice leading to the grant of outline planning permission on appeal for the development of 900 homes (26% affordable); a 250 unit retirement village; a village centre containing local shopping facilities, public house; health centre and other community facilities; a site for a new school; up to 70,000 sq.ft of employment space and woodland/green space.
