Extension to Exeter Foodstore
Jun '10Mark Eagland has provided advice leading to the grant of full planning permission for sales and warehouse extensions to the existing Morrisons store at Princes Charles Road, Exeter. The approved scheme provides for an increase in the gross floorspace of the store from 2,901 sq.m to 5,6878 sq.m and an increase in the sales area from 1,272 sq.m to 2,945 sq.m. Car parking provision at the store will change from 205 to 325 spaces.
