New foodstore in Wrexham

Ed Kemsley and Peter Wood have provided advice leading to the grant of planning permission for a new Morrisons foodstore of 6,748 sq.m. gross at an out-of-centre location in Wrexham. The application raised issues with retail planning policy, highways, urban design and sustainability. The new store will create 300 new jobs.
