Extension to Worthing Foodstore

Ed Kemsley has provided advice leading to the grant of full planning permission for a sales and café extension to the existing Morrisons store at Newland Street, Worthing. The approved scheme provides for an increase in the gross floorspace of the store from 5,037 sq.m to 6,280 sq.m and an increase in the sales area from 2,576 sq.m to 3,244 sq.m.
